Stonesoft is dedicated to support customers through every stage of network growth from planning and design, through implementation, optimization and on-going management. Stonesoft has a well-established and highly recognized customer service organization that provides order administration, technical support and training services for all Stonesoft products.

The goal of our customer services is to create and deliver services that maximize the customers return on investment on Stonesoft technologies. Stonesoft offers also professional services and provides pre-sales and post-sales support to all Stonesoft customers with valid support and maintenance agreements. Support services are available on an 8-5 or 24/7 basis. On request, a professional services organization provides on-site installation, integration and troubleshooting services. Stonesoft Training Services manages the Stonesoft Authorized Training Site (ATS) program, and arranges certification courses for all Stonesoft products.
